Is it just for gaming? Titan has a tdp of 250w, so 850w would be plenty.

I think its for gaming only

Don't buy Titans; they're a huge waste of money for gaming.

where do u buy ur parts?

depends where you live. In the US most people buy from Newegg, Ncix or Amazon.

(see here, line 5 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/169088-video-card/?p=2248871)

how can you know that you power supply can power all your parts?

For experienced pc builders its a kind off feeling.

but generally:

TDP of cpu + TDP of gpu + extra ~25%

EXAMPLE:

4770k (TDP od 84w) + 2x R9 290 (2x 250w) = 584 * 1,25 = 730w

-> Take at least a 750w psu.

If you want to OC cpu and gpu add another 10-20% or so.

-> 750w * 1,1 = 825

-> Take a 850w psu

ALSO:

Always buy High quality PSUs which are at least Bronce certified or better even Gold, Platinum or Titanium.

If i dont buy titans does the 2x gtx 780 ti can run smooth even in ultra setting with 3 monitors of 4k? need your reply fast

Why are you sticking with nvidia?

Have you looked at AMD graphics card as you could get a R9 295x2 for the price of two titans surely and this is meant to be more powerful

If you are sticking with nvidia you are better off sticking with the 780 ti's to be fair or waiting a few months or so for the 880's and ti's  to see what they offer as they are meant to be cheaper too

Wow radeon r9 295x2  is much better than gtx titan z and gtxd 780 ti!

Can i replace the 2x gtx 780 ti into  r9 295x2 from this build,  does the power supple and the motherboard can handle the card?

That PSU should be fine in the video I'm guessing. I did find this which may help with choosing the PSU --> http://www.amd.com/Documents/Selecting-a-System-Power-Supply-for-the-AMD-Radeon-R9-295X2-Graphics-Card.pdf

I think it takes 500 watts on it own so as long as the other bits in your set up down take more than 350watt you should be fine. You could always look at a 1000watt which should be plenty because from the sounds of it you have the money and this would cover you for upgrades etc --> http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020062-UK-Series-RM1000-Modular/dp/B00FLVIQQ8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403520827&sr=8-1&keywords=corsair+1000watt+psu
