In this case, the CPU, GPU is still a very good GPU, no need to upgrade it.

I agree, get an i7-4790K http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPRWAX8. The 8120 is a pretty old tech CPU but the 770 is still a great GPU.

Save the money and get either the I5 or the I7 4770k

I totally agree there's no need for an i7 it's over killing, i5 4670k is suitable for gaming and the GPU is still pretty good I think you should wait until your rig performance starts to be annoying and upgrade both CPU and GPU

I disagree, even a I5 4670k is more than enough for a CPU.

Save the money and get either the I5 or the I7 4770k

If you go with the i5 that would be fine but if you go with an i7 you'd be silly to get the 4770K over the 4790K. Why go with the hot running older Haswell when the refresh costs about the same and has some improvements made?

Games are starting to use 8 cores/threads. An i5 is a waste of money going forward. If you budget is REALLY that tight it's better than sticking with something even weaker, but for gaming you should not be considering a 4 core/thread CPU any more.

Not just Watch Dogs either, Crysis 3 uses 8 threads as well. The max settings benchmark got hamstrung by the GPU they used, but at detail settings that the GPU could actually handle, the i7 beat it's i5 equivalent every single time.
