SSD Issue

First of all, here is my computer specifications:

 

CPU: AMD FX-8320 - 4.5GHz
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2x4GB) - 2133MHz 10-12-11-28-1T
SSD: x2 Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB (2x64GB) - RAID 0
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X
Operating System: Windows 8.1

 

I have never run any benchmarks on my SSDs and upon doing so I noticed the write speed was lacking: http://i.imgur.com/xps8bKG.png - I couldn't fix this and was wondering if anyone had a solution?

Write speeds usually are behind a little bit, but not by that much.

Why bother ?
sequential speeds dont matter much anyway..
