Ohhhhhhhhh, you're talking about the movie Die Hard. I get you now. The player may be updating 60 times a second but the movie is at it's native frame rate.

The movie? It's likely FRAPS being wrong/reading the screen not the movie or interpolation in the video.

The movie? It's likely FRAPS being wrong/reading the screen not the movie or interpolation in the video.

Nope, it takes the data from the player, which is what it's running at. It doesn't increase the frame rate of the movie however.
