So still doing some final touches to my parts list before ordering, so heres another question: Which brand has the best cooler for the R9 270?

MSI's cooler is stupid silent. There is no difference between idle and load.

I'm using dual MSI R9 270 OCed idle  = no sound and even at full load it's stupid quiet and not hotter then 61 c

MSI would be the best bet for you!

My MSI 770 makes no noise what so ever, so I doubt the R9 270 will too
