The 295X2 is the best card for 4K, yes.

R9 290 in crossfire. Or 780 Ti in SLI if you got the caaash.

Just to make this clear. The AMD R9-295X2 is roughly the same as two AMD R9-290Xs. The 295X2 might be better in some configurations because it is both liquid and air cooled so it might run at slightly higher clocks.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.
