H80i pump speed, what is best?

so i installed my Corsair H80i today and everything booted perfectly, so i looked at the corsair link speeds and i noticed that the pump run at 2300rpm~

so my question is: can i turn up the pump 100% speed? ''it goes to 4566rpm max'' will it get beter temps at higher rpm? or should i just let it be at 2300rpm wich as its default speed.

also my mate has a H80i aswell and his pump runs at 4300rpm all the time, so is it bad for the pump to run at full speed or doesn't make any difference?

I would leave it at default unless heavily overclocking

it will be SO LOUD at max and could wear out faster

I didn't know one could adjust rpm on Corsair products, I had three (and still use one) of their AIO coolers and none of them are/were manually adjustable.
