So I'm building this.  I have all the parts already. I just need to build it. Can I see what you guys think. Also, is there such a thing as an affordable 1440p monitor for  gaming? I would like suggestions.

although it is not on the list, I also have a Samsung EVO 120GB ssd, which I will be using for the os.  I plan to dual boot Arch Linux and Windows 7. Hopefully I can do it, i've been hearing tales of woe cuz of UEFI and dual booting win and *nix systems.

Does everything fit inside that case?

Case has 180mm of CPU cooler space, and the CPU cooler is only 150mm... So theoretically, yes.

Case: Lian Li PC011-D - CPU: 3900x - GPU: 2080ti Reference - Mobo: Gigabyte - Ram: Corsair 4x16gb 3200MHz - SSD: 2TB Samsung Evo NVME

The ROG monitor is going to be crazy expensive...

Also, most cards have a hard time pushing 1440p at max settings. 144 fps is a pretty big stretch.

I read somewhere that it's going to be around US$800. So I'm going to pass on that.  I would like something better than 1080 for gaming because I figure it would be a sin to do it with that resolution with that beast of a video card.

Yeah it's not really worth it, a few months after it's released when other companies have their offerings out the price should drop pretty dramatically I'd imagine.
