Upgrading from a GTX470

To be honest, if you want a valued price per performance. I suggest you to go with 280x due to these 2 cards performance doesn't really differs that much except for the power consumption on 280x is slightly higher than GTX770. Otherwise, go for 280x or if your budget is not that tight then GTX 770 would be great.
