Why is it centered?

 

Anyway, I don't think you need a 750W PSU for one GTX 770. Unless you plan to SLI or CF soon, then there's not reason to get a 750W. Speaking of which, you can grab a R9 280X for less and still have the same performance as a GTX 770, but if you're using CUDA, then the the GTX 770 is a better choice. Also, why the giant SSD and HDD capacities? You can also grab a better case with that budget.

Kinda. I'm just wondering why anyone would need a 500GB SSD and 4TB of HDD space. A better case should be used in the budget and the PSU can be a bit lower in wattage.
