Watch_Dogs Patch coming?

Go to solution Solved by ChrEW,

Sorry i know the title is missleading as im not about to give info on that. im rather asking if anybody knows something as it seems to just fall under the table. nobody is talking about it anymore and everyone just forgets about it it seems. i still havent touched my version of it because after the intro mission i decided to wait for better optimization.

so does anybody know for how we gotta wait till they realease something that makes it actually enjoyable ?

No one knows. Maybe never, but honestly have you tried any of the fixex, you should be able to run it? Turn texture quality down and run in windowed borderless etc.

I never understood why everyone had issues running it, I ran it without issue. No clue on patching, the game is gone from my mind.

It may have run fine on your system, but it is still a poorly optimized game and some people have had a lot of issues. Then again I was able to run it fine on my rig (i7 920, R9 280x and 4 GB ram), so honestly I think people just can't figure out how to configure it properly

Nope. No word. Only modders to fix it now it seems.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

There are clearly bugs in the game . Been playing it for a while . AI is EFFIN RETARDED ( sorry for rage but its true ) , visual glitches , floors missing , invisible walls , calling a car can put it 1km away , some mechanics should be fixed . Is the game even moddable ? Ugh , i want a game as moddable as skyrim . Actually i want all games to be as moddable as skyrim

well yes ive tired a few "fixes" but turning quality down till it looks like freakin vice city is not a FIX IMO and all the others ive tired dont seem to work my problem is not even about walls missing or something huge like that its just that every two minutes or so it starts lagging like its loading 1tb of textures or something and thats not even depending on what im doing in the game. i can stand in room turn around all god damn day still it lags periodicly

I am feeling no lag or any other issues associated with poor optimisation so i can't really comment.

well maybe thats because you run 290 and i got a 770 2gb ? but thats just a guess in genereall i see people here saying they dont have issues but then i notice they are running 780/ti or something so maybe thats why

This seems a bit dramatic...

Nope. No word. Only modders to fix it now it seems.

Of course there will be patches, come on now. The question just is what they will fix... and when they will be released.

I run a 770 2gb too, haven't had much issues, BUT the game dos not look good at day, and the game uses way, way to many resources and power.

Well even in ultra in all, the game still looks like crap...

you really think so? because except for the lags i found it to be really aesthetically pleasing ?

It looks no different than Sleeping Dogs (which was released nearly 2 years ago). I would even say that in some places Sleeping Dogs looks better, especially the city at night.

The look on the game don't justify the performance

ok on that last sentence i can agree on. it doesnt look so drasticly better that it would justify the performance
