2600k @ 4.8 and 1.44 vcore 64C under load is it normal?

I started from 1.35 v aiming for 4.8 and reached stable at 1.4

pll is on, but when running prime95 vcore goes up to 1.44v

I'm using h100i and getting 64C max in prime95 and 29C idle 

is that normal?

You're perfectly fine, man.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

That temperature makes no sense at that voltage but kudos, you broke the system

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Voltage is displayed differently in bios and os, trust the bios

how long does it takes to reach the maximum temp when running small FFT in prime95?

cause you are on a watercooler i'd say at least like 10-30min cause the water has to heat up first.

To give you some contrast: I'm running @1.056v Stock with an h100 and get 60-70°C under load after like 30mins.

when they say don't go over 1.5v do we count  pll bonus or just the normal fixed vcore in bios?
