uhh decent I guess. I would personally opt for more RAM, but that's just me.

Yeah I would like 16 gigs, but would it be worth it so sacrifice for a lower GPU?

What's the difference between the two?

I'm spending all my money on this (I don't have enough for an i7, so please no AMD vs. Intel.) and I want you guys to rate my computer 1 - 10.

Probably... 7? or 8? What's your budget anyway?

And why dont you just copy the build from PCPartPicker here?

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

Looks good, really good, but I would opt out for a 990X motherboard, because that will allow for some true overclocking due to the better power delivery and more phases.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 - 3900x @ 4.4GHz with a Custom Loop | MBO: ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme | RAM: 4x4GB Apacer 2666MHz overclocked to 3933MHz with OCZ Reaper HPC Heatsinks | GPU: PowerColor Red Devil 6900XT | SSDs: Intel 660P 512GB SSD and Intel 660P 1TB SSD | HDD: 2x WD Black 6TB and Seagate Backup Plus 8TB External Drive | PSU: Corsair RM1000i | Case: Cooler Master C700P Black Edition | Build Log: here

If I'm not mistaking, an OEM will get bound to your hardware. So basically, you won't be able to upgrade your system once you've installed an OEM version of Windows (Because it's bound to the previous hardware). A normal version lets you upgrade and install it on a new PC entirely. I believe this is how it is. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. You can always google it to be sure!

Oh yeah I think it's the version that is integrated on your mobo after installed. If something happens I'll just buy another copy. :D

Well then I guess you should change the GPU to a R9 290 and get a Samsung EVO 120GB SSD with the money saved from the GTX 780 ^^? With a build around 1000$ without OS/mouse etc I usually go with i5 4690k, 1 120GB SSD and a GTX 770 instead, but if you want something on the 780 level, the R9 290 isnt a bad choice.

Actually, I might be wrong. Not sure, don't have time to read the article fully but if you want to know before hand. Check these two links out:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1992594/windows-system-builder-oem-full-version.html

http://www.microsoft.com/oem/en/licensing/sblicensing/Pages/windows-licensing-for-personal-use.aspx#fbid=sm4WCCFUman

Apparently, MAYBE, what I said was something I remembered from Windows 7 and doesn't apply to Windows 8. (Again, not sure about this, haven't read the entire forum topic nor the article on Microsoft. But check it out if you want to see before hand.)
