It may be tight and temps may get quite warm, usually the minimum "recommendation" is 120mm per component, but having more is always better.

 

I'd recommend seeing if you can find a cheap 240mm or even a used one off ebay to add to the loop, just to make sure everything is nice and quiet whilst remaining nice and cool.

The 360 Rad should be okay, just dont expect crazy low cool temps, but acceptable considering and better than air....can you add in a 120 or 140 Rad plus the 360 anywhere?
