Also, you can't do that with a H60. Get an NZXT Kraken G10 or a Corsair HG10 and use that if you need to watercool.

No you cannot do that because the pump is inside the CPU block. Buy a Kraken G10 from NZXT and you can attach it to your video card with no modifications.

Have you tried using compressed air to dust inside your graphics card? That is usually the reason for high temps.
