Corsair's Air 240 looked pretty nice at Computex, their 350D is another great option. Fractal Design's Arc Mini R2 is nice as well as their Define Mini. All should support water cooling quite well. A basic/budget option would be something like a Rosewill Line-M.

I should be studying.

Corsair 350, a Bitfenix Prodigy is also nice but it'll take some modding and careful planning to watercool.

I thought the micro ATX version of the Prodigy doesn't support water cooling all that much past an AIO. I think the Mini Itx version is much more suited for water cooling. I'm not sure though.

I should be studying.

R4 mini is an awesome mATX case.

It's not a R4 mini, it is the Define Mini, no Rs no 4s, just Define Mini.

Define Mini definitely not good for water cooling, If you want mATX Fractal and water cooling then you want the Arc Mini R2.

I meant Arc Mini R2 :/ Damn you Fractal and your categorization!

Arc Mini R2 is pretty good, but the corsair air cube 240 seems that it would have better rad support, considering the 540 had pretty good rad support

You're absolutely right. A little oversight on my part, forgetting the mATX criteria :P. IMO the mITX Prodigy makes for a cleaner build tho.
