OpenVPN Local only?

Hey Linus' minions!  B)

 

Anyone know of a way i can tweak my OpenVPN client config to allow local access only? e.g. So I can access my LAN remotely but not route ALL of my traffic through... Mainly due to the fact that when I'm in college i have 100Meg U/D internet and being limited to 3Meg U/D from my VPN sucks! (Dam slow upload speeds!) D:

 

Would be nice to have 2 profiles, 1 for VPN with internet and one for VPN without internet.

 

Any ideas? Google came up blank for everything I typed in
