Whats The Best ISP In The US (Or Pennsylvania Preferably)

Snapy1

Depends on your zip code as large ISPs have and agreement to not compete in each others zip most of the time so if your lucky you'll have two choices.

btw, zip code is the city, its just a label. an area code is pretty much the city, but just labeled by numbers.

Why so secure with your zip? Its not like your giving us youe address and if your location is your town then you just gave us your zip

I believe Version FIOS is available in your area but I'm not 100% sure though.

I wouldn't want people knowing what city I live in either considering I live in a fairly small city.

Pst, his location is fictional(Doctor Who, Time Lord's home planet), so he's not giving it away.

Also, small town or not... it means nothing, you're not the only one with that zip code. I very much doubt anybody will go out of their way to go to your town, in your specific area and start looking for you.

Out of the big, nation wide ones, I'd say Verizon Fios.

Unless he uses Netflix, because even if Netflix is paying Verizon, the service is still complete sh*t.

I use Verizon and have not had any issues with Netflix. I do get that "The Verizon network is crowded" message, but it doesn't really affect me. Then again, that's my experience.

whats the best.

If you are in the northeast region of PA(like me near Scranton-Wilkes Barre) Blue Ridge Communications, Metrocast, and Frontier Communications are ALL very good ISP's that are not associated with any higher companies overseeing them. They are all independent. NO COMCAST YAY! lol. If you are in the Lehigh Valley I definitely suggest Service Electric Cable. If you are not in either of those areas.. then I suggest Verizon FIOS because that's all I can think of. :P

PA is the birthplace of cable remember so there are many ISP's to choose from depending if you live in a suburb or on a farm.......lol.
