Not really, though games that can utilize more than 4 processing threads may be able to take advantage of a stronger CPU..

As long as the performance is goo enough for the games that you play, you're fine.

AMD FX 4300 QUAD processor 3.80hgz

 nvidia gtx 770

motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2

power suply: Silverstone Strider Plus de 500W Modular ATX  ST50F-P

8 Gb RAM

You have a slight bottleneck but nothing to major I would suggest looking into a a newer CPU like the FX 8320 or 8350

BF4, WATCH DOGS??

From what I hear, Watch_Dogs runs like crap anyway, so it shouldn't really matter.

BF4 on the other hand may take advantage of a CPU upgrade, but only if you personally find your current performance to be lacking..

BF4, WATCH DOGS??

ok those 2 games are quite demanding

and upgrading to the 8350 is a no no based on your current mobo

swap over to an Intel i5 4440 and a H81

There is a bit of a CPU bottleneck. Upgrade your motherboard to something like a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3H, or an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX, and the CPU to an 8320.
