Best 2 in 1 Windows tablet?

Probenja

So... I have been wanting to replace my netbook, that is really getting -too slow for anything- and i was thinking on getting one of these new 2 in 1 windows 8 tablets with keyboard docks. These are the things that i would like to have:

- Windows 8 + MS Office included

- IPS Display of at least 10"

- Stereo speakers

- At least 1 HDMI and 1 USB port

- Keyboard dock with touchpad

- Fanless and HDD-less design

In the more budget area there is the Acer Aspire switch 10, i like this more than the Asus transformer T100 and it is not that much more expensive, considering in amazon the T100 is $400 and the Acer is $430.

But then there is the Dell venue 11 pro, much more expensive and i would have to get it from Dell's website but we have had a really good experience with dell laptops in my house so this is the option that my mom liked but i don't know if the bump on the specs is worth the extra money ($640) considering I would be getting a 1080p display, better battery life, faster processor, a rear camera, removable battery, nfc and more...

Is there any other option to consider?, and what would you guys choose, getting the affordable one or a nicer high end one, even though i might not need all of the specs.

Main PC:

ASUS F1A55-M LX, AMD A6-3500, (2x2)gb Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600mhz, Seagate Barracuda 500gb 7200rpm,
Corsair CX430M, Cooler Master Elite 343, Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Netbook:

Lenovo Ideapad S10-2, Intel Atom N280, (1x1)gb DDR2 667mhz, WD Scorpio Blue 250gb 5400rpm, Zorin OS 9 Lite

Yeah i was also thinking about that but i really like the concept of a 2 in 1, i don't have a tablet or a laptop that runs well and i would be getting both things in one, also portability is something that i really love of my netbook, i believe its only 1.2kg, also they get good battery life and no noise because they don't have fans or HDD. Something like a MBA or an ultrabook would be more expensive and i don't really need much performance, for that i have my pc.

The issue with the surface (appart from availability where i live) is that the keyboard dock seems a little bit too thin and i will be doing moderate typing, so it is kinda important to have at least a keyboard with good travel.

I am going to have a look at the HP x2, how is the build quality on it?
