As an aside - I'll mention my personal highest rated game that's also underrated IMO and that's Donkey Kong 64 baby. TW3 could be considered overrated by some others... lol

It's the only collectathon I really like and it's damn good. It was such a flop though that Nintendo didn't consider making another 3D DK game again for like 25 years or something

I don't know that I could single it out to a single favorite game. I know there are several games that I find myself going back and playing again, despite playing them many times.  (And I'm sure more modern stuff will get mentioned)

Duck Tales - NES, while easy, I just always enjoy.

Yars Revenge - 2600. There are several Atari games I still play, but I just always enjoy this one.

Hugo House of Horrors - This is a classic PC game, the first in a trilogy actually, and this one perhaps is nostalgia, but I just always enjoy.  The second and third are also good, but the first one i enjoy more.

Dr. Mario,

Because it's a game anyone in the family can play and enjoy it at the same time while upping the difficulty for the experienced players so that everyone has a chance at winning.

It was ironically fun during the COVID-19 shutdown.

Well, Quake and Starcraft as I play them still today, latest versions more. True test of skills and very engaging be it 1v1 or more player modes.

Yeah can add UT and WC or just WoW as I play that too since release.

Diablo and some like it there too, just RPG grind things.

Aside from various big series titles we all know, games like PoP especially WW is amazing. Such good story, visuals, presentation and gameplay.

F.E.A.R. just sick horror game.

Crysis and series in general, it was quite fun, I loved it's multiplayer especially due to nanosuit use.

Dead Space just great horror and all.

Team Fortress 2. I love that stupid, old, broken game so much. It struck a balance between teamwork and frag arena, and nailed the synergy between its player classes, in a way I haven't felt with any other multiplayer shooter.

Crash Team Racing is still hands-down my favorite kart racer.

Gran Turismo 7 is still a damn pretty game, and its story mode just can't wait to show you the next batch of cars you're going to unlock. Sure it has far fewer car models than its predecessor, but the content it does have feels like a love letter to motoring.

Isn't that more Saints Row than GTA? I like the way they lean into the absurd side of that genre, almost to the point of parody.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

I have only played saints row 2 and nah, and its just not as fun, probably cuz of the Map, SR2 has a very boring map, while the GTA games have the closest recreation of New York, Miami, LA/SF/Vegas possible on the hardware so it's more fun blowing shit up and driving away

Oh CryEngine games, I always think the first FarCry game deserves some recognition. I always enjoyed that one. I played that several times. Ones that came after that not so much. The second kind of ruined things for me.

Absolutely Uncharted 4 but why ?
-Masterpiece level scenery.(Very important)

-Awesome characters.

-The game has a linear story.
-Nature with people meet.

Nowadays everywhere apartment, skyscraper I mean everywhere concrete. So seeing nature with human meet at game feel awesome.
