No, it could fail on specific devices or random transfers and with so many possibilities of why it slowed down, paused, or is at the speed it's at I would like to check each link.

Basically not possible to do. The companies that have these testers have em for proffesional evaluation of cables. Or for development reasons.

For a normal consumer those devices are waaaay too expensive and its also not a service offered to consumers as theres no demand for it and/or it would be extremely expensive.

If you are that worried about cables just have a couple and if you find one acts up its probably broken and just use another one.

This isnt really a worry worth having when the simple solution is to just have a couple cables around.

I have many usb cables from 2-4 usb a,b,c,micro, miny, etc. and would like to test there signal integrity but don't have those combinations of testers, is there a location I can just go and plug into?

Why not just try copying files with them? If the file transfers cleanly and completely without error isn't that good enough?
