Forgetting about Tesla for a moment, and electric cars, maybe we should be thinking of actual using electric motorbikes instead.

This is from TT Zero 2014 -

Pretty impressive. They're catching up to Petrol bikes fast.

It should be a lot cheaper to get batteries for a bike than a car I'm guessing.

Anyway, this video is insane 117.366mph average speed over 37.5 miles.

I actually want to race in the TT Zero class.

Right now there is a nice amount of strategy involved in the electric bike racing :)

Quiet bikes are dangerous.

You can make them not quiet. Also bikes are only dangerous for the rider most of the time so.

bikes already use pretty little fuel already i think this is pretty pointless id rather have a petrol bike but then again id rather have a petrol car lol so could be wrong.

Edit: also electric bikes are alot more expensive then petrol bikes.

Superbikes use little fuel? What world do you live in? They use more than an average sized car.

and obviously electric bikes are more expensive, they just came out, petrol bikes were out for years.

Quiet bikes are dangerous.

I agree with this. I would not want to ride around on something this quiet. The only thing that prevents a car from coming into my lane is noise.

I am not excited for an electric future. I love Gasoline.
