PC issue - ram unstability and screen goes black occasionally

I could really use any help with my pc issue.

Spec:

Motherboard: ASRock B650

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X - Noctua Air cooler

GPU: RTX 4080 

RAM: DDR5 4*16G running at 3600 

Storage: 1T SSD, 2*4T HDD

PSU: 1000W Corsair
Monitors: 1 60hz 1 144hz (if this even matters)

Symptoms:
- Sometimes ram get to around 90-95% pc will start lagging and freeze before ram use drop to 20% ish, pc will needed to be restarted for a lot of programs to be usable.
- Screen will go black as if they lose input (no pop-up on screen saying i lost input), any audio playing will still be playing, internet connection still present, fans ramped up.
happens separately, maybe one every 1-3 days.

- Not a hardware issue (repair shop testing everything for 2 days)
- Not a bad power issue (UPS power supply)
- Updated my bios to 3.06 version of the motherboard

l suggest use memtest86 to check you ram.
