BF3 microstutter

Getting some mad microstutter in BF3 all of a sudden. PC spec is in sig. played at 1080p with everything cranked up. Not overly sure what the real problem is.

Always happens to me when everyone in the house is using the internet and there isn't much bandwidth. I usually play bf3 and bf4 at night... then it doesn't happen to me.
