There doesn't seem to be much info on the pads for the PowerColor 5700XT. There are some general sizes for the 5700 series, and a few examples from other brands. You can try your luck and kindly ask PowerColor's Support for any help with this, with big "please".

Or you can just buy some thermal putty and use it instead of the pads.

it's literally a sticky goop that you put on and squash, i don't remember in which video but there's some where you can see Salem Techsperts using thermal putty on VRMS:
