Name of Brand:

Delta Hub

Description of your issue:

Last night I purchased the Carpio 2.0 Set - LTT Edition × 1 for $64.52, and received a confirmation email of the purchase showing the single item 10:05 pm.

When I woke up this morning I found an email that stated "Your order was updated" which I recieved while I was in bed at 12:05 am which added  an aditional Carpio 2.0 Set - LTT Edition ×  1 for $62.91.  It confirmed that my card had been charged for $134.33.

Needless to say, I did not order the second set while I was asleep, and this is an unwelcome suprise.

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result?

I have reached out to them for a correciton, and haven't heard anything yet. Not that I expect one so soon.  This is more or  a warning to others to check their emails to make sure they too did not have their order modified.  I'll update here if they don't resolve it.

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

I'd just like the one set that I ordered, and refund for the other.

Lets hope this is just bug in their eCommerce system. Which is what it seems/sounds like. Usually these bugs cancel order without any reason (I've also seen some sites having availability listed but then cancel because there actually isn't availability).

Agreed, although it is a bit concerning given that the previous complain about Deltahub was in regards to post purchase add to order stuff.  Makes one wonder if that part of the system is glitched or if the OP might have accidentally clicked on an accept button after purchase without being aware (and the order got processed later) [either way it seems pretty sketchy given the post advertising in the prior post and now in such a short time a secondary one where an order was placed].

Here's hoping the refund process is simple and quick
