Fan control software

I am looking for some good software to control my fans from the desktop. I am running windows 8.1 and 6 fans. If u need more info please let me know. Thank you for ur help in advance.

Usually your motherboard comes with some kind of software that can do this aswell.

AI Suite 2 if you have an ASUS motherboard that supports it.

HWmonitor and OpenHardwareMonitor for case fans. They support only voltage control though unless fans are PWM.

I actually came here to ask the same question, but for my Lenovo Ideapad Y500 and mid-2009 13" Macbook Pro. I'm just looking to set more aggressive fan profiles for both of them as both of them get warmer than I would like. I'll try out speedfan tomorrow.

I use Corsair Link but then again I have a H100i and the Link is not the best software for Windows 8.1, my try this speedfan I think I saw a Tek Syndicate video sometime ago about it.

Asus fanxpert is the best.. It is part of AI Suite

Will Asus AI Suite 3 work on computers that are not Asus based? I have it running on my desktop for my Z87-K and like the simplicity of it, SpeedFan doesn't seem as simple to use and has a lot of features I don't need.
