What happened to Bit Tech?

I was just looking at old case mod videos. What happened to Bit Tech? They had some cool builds but haven't updated in around 5 years.

apparently whatever management structure was in charge decided to cease operations. as for the exact details.. guess we'll never know, even the wikipedia page has been marked for "needs improvement" for 8 years.
