Probably not enough of those to warrant a video, plus it usually tells you that the battery is dead so it's pretty straightforward...

Its impossible to make "the last troubleshooting guide you ever need". Because every problem is different. With your symptoms "not turning on", impossible to say what could be wrong. I'm pretty sure they have talked about CMOS in some SYW when buying older motherboards.
