Hello,

I had the very frustrating experience of having my computer crash at 2AM, only for it to reboot with light mode on! No matter how I tried setting it to dark mode again, it went back to light mode soon after! Well, as it turns out, PowerToys has a new feature called "Light Switch", which lets you switch between light and dark mode quickly. For whatever reason, it's hours are weird and it doesn't work properly. Disabling it fixed the problem.

Wanted to throw it out there in case anyone else runs into this.

PowerToys should just be baked into Windows by default. I can't use an ultrawide or multi-monitor setup without FancyZones anymore.

HARD agree. Like, I know it used to be a community developed thing, but MS has taken ownership of it and I can't understand why they don't just bake it in but disable by default.
