Computer stuttering in every game! Help!

No one will be able to help without the bare minimum of information. What are your computer specs and which games in particular? Ideally also capture performance with something like Intel PresentMon or MSI Afterburner while in game

Hello! My computer seems to be stuttering on most games I play, no idea why it seemingly wasn't like that but it's been doing it lately i have updated everything, if anyone needs any information or specifics or knows a quick fix please let me know thanks!

This is true, so I think my system is decent however it just lags maybe from monitors idk ram speed is good! I updated drivers I don't know how to fix it at this point. Minecraft has a bad lag spike every few seconds sometimes longer but it's like a little stutter or freeze, same with forza 5, Fortnite, they all have little micro stutters. I record gameplay and edit sometimes too or stream but even without doing that it will stutter. I have tomb raider red dead II, let me know if anyone knows how to fix thanks! or if you need more info! (Edit: perhaps its a processor issue or bios setting?)

First things first, since you have a dual-CCD X3D chip, do you have the latest chipset drivers from AMD installed, and is your BIOS up to date?

Second, are you sure that your RAM is stable at DDR5-6400? A reasonable percentage of AM5 CPUs can achieve that speed, and it's become more common as more AGESA updates have been rolled out. However, it's not guaranteed by any means. Have you tried having EXPO enabled, but then manually setting the speed to DDR5-6000 to see if that removes the issues?

Yeah, do make sure stuff it up-to-date as a first step.

Other than RAM (maybe also have a look at CPU-Z's memory tab), I'd check in-game with Intel PresentMon or MSI Afterburner. See what GPU usage looks like. If that's not ≥99% it would help hint towards the CPU. Which could in turn be limited by memory, if the higher speed does indeed cause issues.

Maybe try to manually disable the non-X3D cores in BIOS, just to rule out whether automatic distribution is acting up.

Another solution you could try in addition to BIOS updates and memory stability is simply reinstalling your graphics drivers. If the CPU stuff doesn't fix the issue it could be worth a shot.

use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to uninstall your display drivers

Then download official drivers from Nvidia
