Any recommendations on a stand, or is it fine as is?

Thats plenty, what would be the difference if it stood on a table?

I would not do this if you have thick carpets though.  If you have carpet you can put the PC on a large wooden cutting board for example.

Being on the floor it will get more dusty so you might have to clean it more regularly.

If your power supply faces up (draws air from the inside of the case) it should be no issue as there will be no airflow from the bottom anyways.

If your power supply faces down (draws air from the bottom of the PC) then you might want to either flip your PSU if possible, or get some hard surface (even a clear plastic or wooden board or something) to put the PC on.

*don't* flip the PSU if you have a solid no-vents PSU shroud, as that will simply starve the PSU the other way

I use this for my Plex server. But as stated by @RadiatingLight if the PSU is fan up you should be good.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Find a piece of wood shelving to set on the floor from somewhere like a hardware store.

As linked by @Donut417

There are plenty of case holders, both hanging and on wheels. My case has been under table since 2009. Currently it's on DIY trolley. Just couple of wheels and plexiglass. I would have used wood, but there's hight concern, it must fit under crossbar of my table.

Your overall airflow scheme is the key. If you have only bottom intake, then it really matters what's under the case. Carpet is worst, but floor tends to gather most dust and dirt too. But if your main intake is front, then placement for the case doesn't really matter.

Maybe check for dust every year or so.

Mine has been on carpet under my desk for the past 5 years at least and previous ones for as long as that too.

Not much good for anything such as keeping bare feet warm, the case is cold. Yes, just checked it.

NOTE - I only have a 2x monitor setup.

An organization I'm at 3 times a week and the 4 computers there run for about 4 hours a day. All on a carpeted floor.

Probably the real fix is run them all on Linux Mint as we do. No problems ever.

I guess they aren't thick rugs? In there too, it depends on the airflow scheme. In office PC top-mounted PSUs are more common, or rather PSUs which are used as only or additional exhaust. If PC doesn't have any bottom intakes, carpets aren't big issue. Only for dust, and there carpets in general are dust magnets and issue overall.

Just keep it away from carpet and hairy cats/dogs.

If bottom psu, reverse with fan inside.

Cardboard or wood underneath helps again carpet.

Alternatively, clean it once every2 months
