Rugged laptop recommendations

Anyone have a rugged laptop they reccomend that has a good price to performance ratio? Looking on the used market at some Dell Rugged laptops and tablets but would also be open to a toughbook or some other plan.

Cheaper is better but I would like something thats not old and slow and crap. 

 

Will be running windows 10 or 11 probably.

i think it's not so easy to find rugged laptop which have great performances in general, more so in the used market, i assume those are kind of computers that once you buy you keep them until they die since the price is extremely high.

your best shot is probably finding something corporate surplus, but i've never seen rugged laptops at refurbishers...

They are expensive for the hardware. 

Im thinking somewhere like ebay or facebook marketplace, just not sure what the optimal model is.
