Difficult to say, I don't know the brand and I couldn't find tests.

Nowadays I'd want to buy an ATX 3.0 or 3.1 psu, if possible with a 12+4 pcie cable.

Yours is ATX 2.4

But it should be fine for your system

Doesn't look great, only 80Plus, but they say they offer 10 years warranty

Should be ok for a low/mid tier rig with low budget

For the same price, I'd probably get the Green

Get the Green. It's a very decent PSU, made by High Power, and 130 months warranty is much better than the few years left on the Corsair.

This is completely different from the older OCPT PSU you were looking at. This is an entry-level double forward + DC-DC unit, platform code JM-670 made by Jiumeng as seen in the Enermax Cyberbron III A short test of the Enermax Cyberbron III 850W power supply and Zalman Megamax II ATX 3.1. 잘만 MegaMax II 700W 80PLUS브론즈 ATX3.1 파워 > 리뷰 | 퀘이사존 QUASARZONE . Cybenetics Test - Zalman GV2SE 700W
A 62-month warranty is rather generous for a unit like this. OCP triggering points on the 12V and 5V rails are very poorly tuned on the Zalman which allowed it to suffer both high ripple and low voltage, so it calls into question the reliability of this particular unit by association. I would recommend you avoid this unit.

Is there any psu like 750w ocpt so I could see its review?

Thank you so much
