compatibility? GPU Search!

Hey, so i have this super low range computer and i would like to buy a graphics card for it. The parts are as follows:

Cougar Solution 67M3 Mid Tower with 500W PSU

Samsung SH-224DB 24x DVDRW OEM

Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003

Kingston ValueRAM KVR16N11S8K2/8 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard

AMD FX-6300 6 Core Black Edition Processor

 

I need to find a graphics card for around (or under preferably) $200. I would like to play games such as, Rust, Forest, TF2, Left For Dead and other games like it. It at all possible could the GPU be chosen from this site: http://www.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf

Yes.
