Capped frames in battlefield?

I turned vsync off but im still getting capped frames at 60. Anyone else have this problem? Can someone help me?

Thats the console command for capping frames. 

Change the number at the end to the frame you want to lock to. To unlock restart BF4.

I dont think so because when I had 1 MSI 760 it was capped at 60fps

Those are my settings and no I do not use fraps and I do now have shadowplay enabled.

It's probably locked to your monitors refresh rate. All you're are doing is causing screen tearing by going higher. And you could play at ultra with dual 760's easily.

Shadowplay limits game fps to your monitor's refresh rate, even when not recording.

Yes... Thats how refresh rate works...

Yes. You only want to be going over 60Hz if you monitor can do over 60Hz (such as a 120Hz or 144Hz monitor)

But that doesn't outweigh the horrendous screen tearing and is most likely a placebo effect. At least I think so. The only difference I notice when I lock my 780ti to 60fps is the lack of screen tearing.

Just an FYI - "MESH Quality" also affects Draw distance in the latest Battlefield engines- and that means your not seeing as many triangles/enemies as your friendly counterparts who have it on High/Ultra

If it affects your FPS that badly, IMO I'd still keep it on medium-high and reduce another setting.

Bringing it to your attention if you didn't know already, sorry if you do and I'm wasting your time.

I'm not that hardcore so I guess you are right. I just like to play games and relax.

Make sure that you don't have v-sync turned on in the nvidia control panel globally, and instead set it to use application settings.

Make sure in the in game video settings you have actually set it above 60hz.
