Alright a few articles are point towards this command.

drvload d:\drivers\driver.inf

you'll have to specify the exact file path and file name from what I can tell but this should actually install the drivers like the other command was supposed to. You'll have to do each individually. You can forgo the BT driver you are trying to install as that's fairly unnecessary for what you're trying to do right now. I've already tried testing this from within windows to no avail but maybe from the recovery side it might work. Let me know, if that doesn't work, we'll start back at square one and try a different approach.

You think if I order like an external cd dvd drive, and connect it to my pc I can download all the drivers from the cd that came with my mobo ? Or would it do the same thing it’s doing rn

You wouldn't be able to get into windows to install them in the first place. I mean at this point it truly is the best option, if you have 2 M.2 slots to just boot into the other drive and take anything important off it to your new one and just wipe it. Or if you just want to reinstall windows on it that's a pretty straight forward process and everything will end up in a windows.old file

Wait wdym ? “I wouldn’t be able to get into windows to install them” are u saying if I get the external cd drive ? And for the second thing, do u mean I should just wipe everything and reinstall windows ?

I mean if you get the CD drive you still wouldn't be able to get into that windows to use the CD to install the drivers. The files on the CD are more than likely all executables that you wouldn't be able to actually pull the drivers off of it.

Secondly, not in that order. I would just install windows over the current installation. After you boot all the way in there will be a windows.old folder that has all of your files like your downloads folder and everything that was on it. After you get all of your personal files out of that folder you can just delete it. This is usually the route that I go when I have issues as I don't store any personal stuff on my computer and don't actually have to worry about losing anything important. Other than being stuck reinstalling all of your programs and games and such it subsequently removes old files that you probably forgot about from forever ago.

I would still prefer to try and get the drivers installed so you don't have to go that route as I'm even more curious as to why this isn't actually working.

Okay, I think there's more to this than I can see on the surface. I'm suspecting that once you "load" the drivers you have to actually run the recovery but passed that thought I don't have a clue. unfortunately unless someone smarter than I chimes in with actual detailed instructions I can only go off of tidbits that I'm finding scattered in the depths of google.

Also you're not going to see wifi settings unless you installed the wireless driver (which you might have). I'm at my wits end on this front but it was the only way I knew how and I didn't even know how lol. back to the drawing board.

Okay, did some more digging and just about everything is pointing towards to you probably needing to reinstall windows. Either that or maybe you're just typing your password in wrong? Out of the 50 or so threads I've combed through everything points to that.

The only other potential options you have is to;

  1. Plug your phone in via USB and enable your hotspot and hope it connects
  2. Get a USB wifi dongle
  3. Find a USB hub that has an ethernet port on it or a USB to Ethernet adapter
