Preferred Z97 mobo?

Hola,

 

I'm new and decided if the LTT videos rely on the forums for info, you folks would be the best place to go.

 

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard running a 4770k to the new Z97 boards. This is due to the fact i have the cash NOW and want to be ready for 5th gen, and I'm upgrading my mATX case (Bitfenix Prodigy) to one with a bit more space (NZXT H440).

 

Right now I'm debating the following three. I'm computer savvy, but with motherboards I always miss something.

 

I really want an easy overclocking utility, the ability to SLI, adequate space for my liquid cooling block and most of all: bang for my buck.

Ah... see I suspected I was posting in the wrong spot, I'll be sure to search a bit more next time.

Well, out of those (even if price wasn't a factor) the MSI Z97-GD65, in my opinion, is the best choice. Then again, the price does reflect that.

 

But what's the difference?

 

Essentially, better components, capacitors, mosfets, etc.

 

The other aspect of why this motherboard is superior to the others is Features. This includes Gaming features (those are obvious), Overclocking features, and others such as the KILLER NIC, Audio (though, I have personally not tested this aspect), etc.
