the only perfectly performing software (that i know at least) would be adobe premiere if you want top quality, if i remember correctly there's even a triel for 7 or 14 days or something otherwise you can find it "free" depending on how brave you feel surfing some definitely not malware websites that i would never reccomend

i use Arch (Btw™) but i will not bother you with the linux is better then windows war ❤️

Video flipping software? As in you want to rotate or mirror a video? You don't need a dedicated program for that. Most video editing software will do mirror or rotate. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Davinci Resolve... Shotcut if you want a free option.

i remembered correctly, adobe premiere is free for 7 days if you need it "one time", and there's probably some ways to have many and many free trials if you need it more BUT i didn't say anything

Capcut is the best of the "easy" editors. Too bad they don't offer single payment option for premium. Or credit based one. I use premium features too rarely to pay for them monthly.
