Name of Brand:

DBrand

Description of your issue:

Faulty Product

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result?

I tried, but was unsuccessful;  Although recently after going more public via reddit, some gears maybe turning,  not sure yet.

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

Fixing the issue, based off related feed back the product in whole must be a lemon.  Not sure if what I get back will fix it.  I am almost hopeful that they offer a refund.  They would be my best option based off the searches of a Pixel 9 pro on the Dbrand subreddit.

Faulty product isn't a helpful description. You also didn't state which product.

State the product, how it failed, etc. Maybe your lack of information is why you're having trouble getting a resolution.

I purchased the phones, and my wife purchased the cases.  I did not know hers did this 2 weeks ago (she replaced it with a cheap amazon case).  When it happened to me I felt very embarrassed as I only knew about dbrand was from LTT sponsorships.  I have not heard back from their support system in 2 days.  Reviewing reddit there is an obvious design issue regarding this phone.  Not sure of next steps, but I don't think my wife will replace her current 15 dollar case now...  I would hope to have a perfectly good replacement, but she may not want to try it again.

Care to describe it in words? Pixel 9 Pro clearly is not the issue since you are complaining about Dbrand and Pixel 9 Pro is Google's product. From search, seems like its Grip case. Which from pictures is built with 2 layers. Inner and outer. You seem to have two issues and based on the below quote, these did appear after some time of use which is not specified (always specify time it took for issue to start, it DOES matter). Reason why they appear to be after some use is dust and other marks of use. So something not noticed on unboxing (=QC error). From pictures, it appears you have 2 kinds of issues. Breaking of semi-soft plastic/rubber in inner casing around various ports. And bending of outer layer which probably is something between manufacturing error and QC error. Though, if you have dropped the phone while in case, any breaks of inner sleeve resulting that would not be covered in warranty.

Weird, I think you might have dropped them OP 😛

Kidding aside, I've got the same case on my 9 Pro XL, so far nothing in over 6 months however I'm surprised support hasn't got back to you yet. Hopefully this is a one off QC thing and they get it fixed ASAP!

I had the same issue with my pixel 6 grip case, after a year of normal use the grip part came apart. I contacted support and they sent me another. Then, like clockwork, the replacement grip case also started to come apart. I'm pretty sure it is a design flaw that they know about and don't care about fixing. Idk, I'm just not gonna recommend anyone buy their grip case. I think the fact that they don't have any reviews on their site is pretty telling that they don't really care about individual opinions, just making the masses in reddit happy with long detailed explanations of their many failed product launches (see airpods, ps5ghost case v1, killswitch 1killswitch 2)
