Mid or Full?

Hey guys, i was debating on getting a mid or full tower case.

I'm really considering getting the NZXT Phantom 820 Full Tower case(£200)

 

I have the money for a £200 case and if i can i would like to get this case.

 

However I've looked around, and I'm unsure if my motherboard is going to fit the case. 

 

Does anyone know if all of my new components will fit in this full tower case?

That case is a FUll tower ATX case so yes it will happily fit your components, there are much better cases avalible for that money though IMO

Personally i like the carbide 540 high airflow cases, but everyone has their own preferences.

why are you watercooling a non "K" cpu are you just doing the gpu

@2chriswy i will most likely upgrade the CPU as well. And if i do end up water cooling (most likely) i will cool the GPU and the CPU. Im waiting for the next gen CPUs until i upgrade the CPU

ok great what do you think of the nzxt h440 can fit a 240mm in the front a 360, 240 or 280 in the top plus it looks nice

I definitely to like the look of that case. Although i would really like to stick with the Phantom 820, as it's one of the most appealing to me. But as long as all my components will fit into the Phantom 820, I'm not really looking into changing the case. But thanks for the recommendation and feedback, i will still consider looking into the NZXT H440

£200? Yikes. Enthoo Pro is excellent value with excellent features. It will be hitting the US market at $89/$99 if it hasn't already. It has far better watercooling support than a Phantom 820 afaik.

The Phanteks cases are excellent for water cooling. I would also take a look at the Corsair 760T and 750D which have the same internals, but have a different aesthetic look to them.

If you have the space and don't plan on moving the case often. Full Tower.

 

Since your into the look of the NZXT Phantom 820  take a look at the Phantom 630 windowed edition.  Throw in an NZXT HUE lighting system and you get the same effect for less money and same size. 820's fan controller is a bit un-needed IMO. 

 

I run a Phantom 630 and I like it a lot.  Pictures of both the 630/820 don't really show how big it is.  Their both Beasts and demand desk space to themselves.

 

only complaint would be if you get the 630/820 you may not like that it has a lot of plastic for its outer shell for its appearance. its not cheap plastic at all in terms of constructions but compared to a more Premuim Feel of an all steel frame w/ aluminum outer construction like the Enthoo Primo, it cannot really compare.    

 

also Checkout some of the Phanteks cases.  They are very good designs.

 

Their Enthoo Primo, Enthoo Luxe, Enthoo Mini XL are really cool.  I don't care for the Pro. too stripped down to save money.
