7950x3d weird temps..

The video is too large so I uploaded it so vimeo which shows the AMD RYZEN MASTER CPU temps.   The temps are spiking and are running hotter than ive ever seen them.   What you're seeing in the video is just idle.   Nothings going on, the pc was just booted.  I recently took my pc to a shop and it came back like this.  They burnt a wire.  The CPU seems fine.  The AIO wasnt registering in bios for the pump, but I took the pc back and had them fix that.  Now the pump is registering in bios and showing about 1k RPM.   Any ideas whats going on here?   This seems wayyy too unstable.

I don't see an issue. How are temps during load?
