I work in a company that deals with managing the IT part of other companies, we are looking for a solution to be able to store all the credentials of our customers in a single place, which also allows us to store files such as switch config or other network devices. Now we are using excel files... it would be better to have everything in one platform. We also use ninjaOne and a self-hosted ticket portal. Thank you for all the suggestions you will give me

😱

We are using a self-hosted Vaultwarden instance. That allows us to use the regular Bitwarden apps/plugins on all devices.

The instance is only accessible internaly (or through VPN) and separates access, so people can only see credentials they are supposed to have access to.

Obviously the data is also backed up.

Not to mention no fine grained access control nor logging.

May be fine for an individual, but not in a corporate context.

Jokes aside fire and water aren't exactly harmless to a computer...

True, but offsite backups are a bit easier compared to a paper notebook 😉

But the are far less harmful to off-site style backups 😉
