I got this purple keyboard at a college book store for $52 and want to use it with my gaming PC. When opening it up: I was very confused as to why there wasn't a little USB thing that plugs into a computer much like a regular wireless mouse. It's just the keyboard itself with two AAA batteries.

It's a Logitech 'pop icon keys' Studio Series according to the box. This my first wireless keyboard since I'm used to old-school wired keyboards that just plug into a computer and you're ready to go. How do I sync it up to one of those little USB thingies so I can plug it into my PC's motherboard and start typing?... If I can find a compatible wireless USB thingy (I don't know what the fuck they're called, but they're used with wireless mice)

Appears to be bluetooth only, so ensure its in a pairing mode and then pair it via bluetooth to your PC.

You bought a bluetooth only keyboard. says so right on the box. Pretty crap for gaming too due to latency.

To pair it to your pc you need a bluetooth adapter. Or if it already has it just add it as a bluetooth keyboard by putting it in pairing mode. Follow its manual to do so.
