My NZXT Kraken Z73 died for seemingly no reason. It has done it before, in fact every time I re-case/build my system. It's usually dead for a day and then runs again, but a while ago it just completely stopped.

Any idea why? Haven't got to testing it again since then but I think the board might be bad [I accidentally plugged in an X73 cable before, it released a bit of magic smoke and worked fine with only a slight grey hue on the display, the issue of the thing dying has existed before].
