Are these temps ok?

This is on idle and a 360mm rad with only a cpu block, no gpu block.

I think they are a little high for idle and maybe too much difference between them. Idk tho

You see that TJmax? That is when the CPU will start to hard throttle and slow down, or near that value.

 

You're fine. Crazy such CPU gets this warm, what case do you have?

It's not near thermal throttling but for 360mm water cooler the temps are not great. I mean mainly the hottest core.

But nothing to really worry about.

Seems about right. My 3770K has an 11c spread between the cores as well.
