ideas for essays

so im learning german and writing essays to practice. the question is, how can i finds ideas? you will say chatgpt but it comes up with boring ideas and its too repetitive.

Maybe learn to write in English correctly first?

What do you think "im" is? 

German should have a capital "G".

If you can't write and use the English words correctly how do you think you are going to learn German and use it correctly?

I do just reading your writing of English, totally childish. Is it due to poor schooling?

 

Are you really serious about learning German?

If you read some of it, capital letters are most noticeable, spread throughout sentences. As you seem unable to handle English correctly, how do you expect to ever be competent in the use of German?

My replies are a technical analysis of your handling of a language, which I presume is the one you usually use, and the problems that will arise if you try to use another language.

 

As I have been involved with writing articles and books and the publishing of articles and books, I possibly know how English should be used. The other language I was taught, French, I used once while trekking in Nepal. My partner learnt German and used in in Portugal.

thanks but the way you said it is repulsive and perhaps you see just correct grammar and stuff arent enough to convey a powerful message. 

 

also i dont usually use english and id say i was quite good at it but recently it detoriated. i might have some problems with communications but not sure if they are about language. with german i think im doing pretty well. i struggled with learning a basis of words but when i managed that it was easier to build upon that.

It would have helped to have known that at the start of this discussion and to know what is your native language.

you see this sentence isnt even grammatically correct so i think it is faulty to focus too much on grammar. while learning german i avoided grammar initially and just now i started learning it and this is pretty much the way. at schools they do the opposite. we also had german class at school and i hated it then but i think it's a fascinating language now.

It helps to start a sentence, any language, with a capital letter. Germans tend to put capitals in the middle of their sentences too.

If you are only going to learn the spoken version of German then that isn't as important.

I already put fullstops so i dont usually go out of my way to capitalize. I had auto cap but i turned it off. Germans capitalize nouns and actually i can remember to do that. Also now i learn written version of it so i dont really know pronunciations yet, but hopefully i will go to Germany and practice there. My native language is Turkish.

I can remember it in German because we'd lost points in the exam if we didnt obey the rule. We're apes basically i won't go out of my way if i wont get hurt and not capitalizing doesnt punish me. You'd wonder why not just turn it off but the one time it does it incorrectly (in a quirky place) bothers me more.

 

Turkish has some some words from arabic french english and i also attempted learning Russian ( i will come back in the future) and i observed Turkish English German And Russian has lots of similar words.

You could write short reviews about anything you have read/seen lately, and if you want some short stories, this sounds like more of an advanced thing. Start off by writing what you think about, then evolve from there
