Hey there guys,

So yesterday i saw the offer from EA for the free Battlefield 3 Copy and i got it i played it a bit and i think i'm doing pretty well with the mouse and keyboard since i don't play FPS games on PC that much and yesterday as i was playing Blacklight Retribution on my PS4 i thought it would be great if i could Connect My PS4 controller to my PC and play battlefield 3

I Know that i can connect my Controller to my pc but is there a programm that it can configure it by it's own?

Thank you ,

ChokeShot GG

Just an FYI, you WILL loose terribly using a controller. They are extremely slow compared to a mouse and keyboard, meaning people will shoot you dead before you can even turn the stick and press the fire button.

Its not thad bad, I was using my 360 controller one day and accidently pulled my usb hub out of my PC thus disabling my keyboard and mouse

I decided to play the rest of the game with my pad and still came top of the server (64 man operation locker at the time)

You can try it with some drivers, but count on the fact that you'll get destroyed while playing against m+kb players.

Xbox 360 controllers use microsoft drivers or something so 360 controllers are commonly used on PC's but Playstation controllers not that much since you need other programms etc

I know, I was just saying that you can still be competitive using a controller

I couldn't be bothered messing around with getting the PS4 controller working so just bought the windows usb receiver for my xbox 360 pads, I actually think all PC gamers should have a 360 pad (or some sort of controller) as some games really do benefit from this for example I am playing watch dogs on my controller as mouse control is terrible

although I wouldn't dream of playing BF4 regularly with a pad it is doable
