Hi

Please help me.

I have an 1.6 gb internet connection equally 200mb/s.

i run in a problem i can get this max speeds only with battle net or steam.

when i download  true qbittorrent speed is bottle neck in 120 ,140 rarely reach 170 mb/s

and some random 1 sec freezing off screen.

Tried different torrents with 100+peers. 
Tried on nvme and hdd same result. 

Cpu 7800x3d 

Gpu xtx radeon 

nvme 4 tb 

seagate 24 tb 

and some small nvme’s 2 and 1 tb.

What results do you get on speedtest.net and on fast.com?

1.6 gigabit per second is 200 megabyte per second, theoretically. 
 

also, 140megabyte per second is pretty close to 1gbps… is your networking connection (your computer, your cable, your gateway/switch) 2.5 or more gbps?

Wire connection router to pc.

2.5 gbps port.

Bittorrent is reliant on upload speeds. Most ISP's are asymmetrical like yours. However you have very fast upload for many. Docsis Cable and DSL users tend to have low upload. Im on a Docsis cable connection and our upload tops out at 20 Mbps, the fastest upload in my area is around 40 Mbps on select plans. In some areas of the US my ISP can do 300 Mbps but only it upgraded areas and thats relatively new. 

 

Furthermore if you saturate you upload you can bring down the entire connection. Because without upload you cant send requests out. So it's likely many of those hundred + connections are limiting how much upload their clients can use. Not mention it could be ISP / Backbone providers limiting the connections as well, because network resources are not infinite, most residential ISP's over sell their network. 

 

My ISP has been caught throttling bit torrent connections before, ISP's are not dumb. They know Bit torrent is used for 90% piracy.

What is this mean ? Explain please.

Because i have 14 days to cancel this contract and return for 1gb connection and not pay extra.

 

 

update

because i use broadband company router i have played with settings. Figured out port forward - port that i was using for qtorrent was closed, after added to exclusion speed restored.

but still not stable.

Whatever server you are downloading from isn't pushing up a full 1.6Gb connection. The problem is on their end, not yours
That being said, are you sure the your torrent client is reporting in Mbps instead of MBps?

qBitTorrent measures speeds in MegaBytes/second. You have 1600 Megabits/second connection which works out to 200 MegaBytes/second.
You don't have a problem.
